First Contact

When you first reach out to Mazada Tours, we will read your message carefully so we understand your precise needs and desires.

Your message will be promptly answered by one of our representatives, who will become your Personal Travel Assistant throughout the entire booking process and during the duration of your trip.

You will receive multiple contact options for your Personal Travel Assistant, including email address, phone number and direct WhatsApp contact, in case you have further questions before your trip or any issues during your journey.

Your Personal Travel Assistant is there for you, every step of the way.

Customizing Your Itinerary

With your detailed guidance, your Personal Travel Assistant will ensure your itinerary is customized to include all the services you specifically request.

Our experienced representatives have the know-how, professionalism and patience to edit your itinerary, as many times as necessary, until you are 150% satisfied that the trip is exactly as you imagined it.

You can rest assured that you will receive the best possible services and travel options for your budget.

Finalize Your Booking

We offer multiple payment options, including with Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, and Diner’s Club credit cards.

Secure payment transaction via private SSL Link, the highest in cybersecurity standard.

The utmost privacy – we will not save your credit card info. In fact, our employees do not even see it!

The option to split the full payment. Make an initial deposit via credit card and pay the balance via bank transfer (SWIFT or IBAN).

Flexible payment schedules, in case you are unable to make a lump sum payment at once. We can offer a clear plan of how much should be paid and when.

You will receive a signed and binding document, detailing our payment policies.

You will receive an automated receipt, sent directly to your email, for every individual payment made.

    Confirmation and Arrival

    One week before the start of your tour, you will receive a complete list of all the relevant contact information for your private drivers and guides, as well as the hotels we have booked for you.

    Once you arrive in Israel, your Personal Travel Assistant will contact you to make sure everything is going smoothly. They will also give you a local SIM card with both internet and phone connection so you can easily reach out to them at any time.

    We urge our clients to reach out to their Personal Travel Assistants with any concerns they may have, as soon as they arise. The important thing to know is that the sooner we are aware of an issue, the sooner it can be corrected!
