Day 1: Welcome to Israel!
We will meet you at the airport and assist you through the arrival process, and then drive you in an air-conditioned vehicle to your Tel Aviv accommodations.
Day 2: Weizmann Institute
We will begin our day in Rehovot, to see the Weizmann Institute of Science, the premier research institute of Israel. There, you will see a 360-degree, interactive, incredible presentation that your kids will love. You’ll also see the interactive museum with digital touch-tables. Optionally, you can choose to see the Ayalon Institute instead of the Weizmann, a museum of the site that used to be a secret ammunition factory.
Then, in the afternoon, we will visit Tel Aviv for a tour of the major sites, including the port of Tel Aviv and the Yarkon Park, where your kids can run around in the green escape at the North of the city.
You will spend the night in Tel Aviv accommodations.
Day 3: Drive North
After breakfast, we will drive North to Beit She’an, which is an archeologically preserved city from Roman times. There are so many columns and relics to see, it will spark your kids’ imagination and bring them back to ancient times.
Then, we will go to Gan Hashlosha National Park, one of the most beautiful parks in the whole world, people say. This is a perfect opportunity for a little picnic, some nice pictures, and simply taking in the place that some say is heaven on earth.
Finally, we will drive to Tiberias for your overnight accommodations.
Day 4: Tzfat
We will start the day in Tzfat, one of the four holy cities of Israel. We will see the old Synagogues of this spiritual capital, and then go see the latest creations in the narrow streets of the Artist’s Quarter.
Then, we will head to the Jordan River, to take in the view, and season permitting, take an exciting raft or kayak ride down the biblical stream. This is sure to be exciting and memorable for the kids.
After this excursion, we will head to Jerusalem for your overnight accommodations.
Day 5: Jerusalem Old City
We will enter the Old City and see all the major sites that you prefer. One thing we will not miss is the Western Wall Tunnels, which are exciting for any kid. To go underground is fun, and to explore the archeological history is incredibly interesting.
Then, as available by season, we will see the unforgettable light show at the Tower of David. The spectacle draws a crowd of all ages, but definitely makes a special impression on kids.
Finally, you will be returned to your Jerusalem hotel for an overnight.
Day 6: Jerusalem new city
We will begin the tour of the New City on Ammunition Hill, to learn about the history of Jerusalem. Age depending, we can also go to the Biblical Zoo.
Then, we will head to the Israel Museum to see the latest, hands-on exhibitions.
We will then go to the exciting Jerusalem Time Elevator. This amusement park ride of sorts will take you through the history in a visceral way, that engages all the senses.
Finally, for a snack, we will go to the Mahane Yehuda market for some treats, including some famous rugelach for the kids (and the parents, too!).
Overnight accommodations are in Jerusalem.
Day 7: Masada and the Dead Sea
In the morning, we will drive into the desert, and arrive at Masada. We will ascend this Herodian palace by cable car, and take in the breathtaking view of the Dead Sea and Jordanian mountains.
Then, we will take the kids for a camel ride, another experience they will surely remember forever.
Afterwards, we will head to Ein Gedi to see massive, picturesque waterfalls, and ibex roaming free in the nature reserve.
Finally, after a long day, you can relax by the salty waters of the Dead Sea, and even spread some mud on your skin to absorb the healing minerals.
At the end of the day, we will drive to Tel Aviv for your overnight accommodations.
Day 8: Goodbye!
We will drive you to the airport and say our final goodbyes. Thanks for visiting!
